YCN 2016 Brief: UCC Coffee
The brief I chose for the YCN Awards was by UCC Coffee; they wanted to redesign their brand of coffee “Grande Café” to promote the social and economic benefits of certified coffee, whilst providing “feel good” factor and “piece of mind”. In response to this, I redesigned both the Grande Café logo and the packaging of the coffee bags. For the packaging I chose to use images of popular areas of a country the coffee was made in (some had two countries so only one was chosen) because I thought it would give the customers, the brand and the source a better connection.
